Subscription Terms

Trial

We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for the Sumizeit mobile application and website. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged the price shown on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period.

Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, six months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected at purchase) until you cancel.

Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method.

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial through the App Store, you can turn off automatic renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. Learn more on the Apple support page.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website, you can cancel by selecting “Cancel Subscription” in your account or by contacting hello@sumizeit.com before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice by posting the new prices in the app, sending an email, or using another prominent method. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Lifetime Subscription

In the rare event that the business ceases operations, refunds will not be provided for lifetime subscriptions. However, customers will receive access to the summaries through Google Drive.

Refunds

Because access to Sumizeit’s digital content and subscription features begins immediately after purchase, purchases are final and we’re unable to provide refunds once a purchase has been completed. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

If you purchased through the App Store and are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple by following the instructions on the Apple support page.

When you submit a refund request through the App Store, we may provide necessary account information, such as subscription status, account activity, and usage data, to help Apple process the request fairly and transparently. By using our service, purchasing through the App Store, and requesting a refund, you consent to sharing this necessary information for that purpose.
