Blitzscaling argues that in markets shaped by network effects and near-zero distribution costs, the decisive competitive weapon is speed — and that pursuing it requires deliberately violating conventional business wisdom by prioritizing growth over efficiency, action over certainty, and scale over polish. The strategy only works when strict preconditions are met: real product/market fit, a business model with the four growth factors (big market, strong distribution, high margins, network effects), and a genuine first-scaler prize waiting for whoever reaches critical mass.
