Chances are that it’s not all of your employees that are the problem, and therefore you need to work out how you’re planning to identify who is doing what. Performance reviews are probably the best way to identify this, so make sure that you are conducting them, but also that you’re watching when they think that you’re not. It’s easy to change your behavior when you know someone is assessing you, so it needs to be a surprise.

Lack Of Tech 

Another problem that you could be having is a lack of technology. If you know that you do not have all of the tech that you need right now, that’s already an issue. If you don’t even know what you don’t have, that’s an even bigger issue. And, if you don’t know what you need to make your business more efficient, that’s just a nightmare. 

You need to create a list of pieces of tech that you don’t currently have, that you think will help your business see better levels of success. For example, do you have a multi line phone system at the moment? Or, are you only able to take one phone call at a time? If this is the case - that’s an issue as it’s not very efficient. Then you’ve got the right software for your tech, and so on.

Low Quality Leadership 

Finally, low quality leadership could be a huge issue for your business, causing more problems than you realize. Now, we know that it might be hard to look at yourself as a potential issue, but it’s more common than you think for this to be the case. It might even be better for you to ask an impartial individual to assess your leadership to get a proper idea of how well you’re doing. 

If you need to make changes, make changes. For the sake for your business, you’re going to need to.
