They roll in with massive lighting rigs and tape down all their thick black cables and pay you a ridiculous daily rate so well worth looking into.

If youve got a house near a busy train station or hospital then you are sitting on a literal goldmine of flat concrete. Desperate commuters will happily pay you to park their car on your driveway so they dont have to deal with the absolute nightmare of a public toll booth. You can also rent out that damp garage to someone who just doesnt have room to store their bulky winter gear. And how nice it is to earn passive cash from a completely empty patch of dirt!
