Will Guidara

Will Guidara is a restaurateur, author, speaker, and co-owner of the Make It Nice hospitality group, which owns well-known restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park and multiple NoMad restaurants around the United States. Guidara was also recognized with the 2016 Food Innovator Award by the Wall Street Journal Magazine, alongside Chef Daniel Humm.
